LIGERZER BIELERSEE AOC

CHASSELAS
A refreshing white wine with an earthy finish.
A perfect choice to fish from the close lake, cheese or just pure.
drinking temperature  6 - 8°C     (43 - 46 F)

CHARDONNAY
Exceptional white wine with complex citrus flavors. Suits to fish or a light desert.

PINOT GRIS
A speciality from our wine yard. The grey-rose grapes result in a fruity full-flavored wine. Suits very well to chicken.

PINOT NOIR
The special red wine of the territory. The complex bouquet spreads from blackberry to mocha and is characterized by it's superior finesse and balance. The beautiful old bernese bottle presents the wine from it's best side. Suits very well to red meat or a cheese desert.

PINOT BARRIQUE
Several months of barrel aging render the pinot barrique to a strong wine with the typical roast flavors.

SCHAFISER BIELERSEE AOC

OEIL DE PERDRIX
This rosé made from pinot noir grapes. The tender coulour and the fruity taste are very refreshing on hot summer days.

DESERT WINE

SÜSS'ANNE (Sweet'Anne)
A delicious sweet wine. It is vinified from dried chasselas, pinot noir and freisamer.
